Responsibilities
    • Ensures 2nd or 3rd level support for the business-related applications in the bank for which is responsible;
    • Monitor the software application, and document and analyze problems;
    • Ensures stable operational environment of the all business applications;
    • Ensures the smooth and continuous availability of the applications according the agreed SLA for them and achieve the KPIs on team level;
    • Work on IT problems and perform the respective impact analysis, root cause analysis and recommend solutions and workarounds wherever is needed;
    • Update application configuration as needed to meet the business requirements.
Required Qualification
    • University degree in Information technologies, Mathematics, Computer science or other technical specialty;
    • Technical knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, Integrations – SOAP and REST services, MQs;
    • Demonstrated ability to be the subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications;
    • Previous experience in system and business analyzes or technical support;
    • Knowledge of banking business area would be a plus;
    • Experience with REMEDY, ServiceNow, TFS and other similar tools could be a plus;
    • Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly;
    • Ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment;
    • English language.
