Responsibilities
    • Second Level support for the main Core Banking System Flex Cube and CRM applications;
    • Incident Management - timely and effective resolution of reported Incidents;
    • Problem Management – root cause analysis for recurring incidents or incidents with high severity;
    • Vendor related communication for all operative issues required escalation;
    • Ensure availability and performance KPIs are met or exceeded for all supported systems;
    • Products parameterization in Flex Cube and EOD Preparation execution;
    • Applications support, maintenance and monitoring activities automation and optimization;
    • Change & Release Management – Involved in the planning and execution of normal and emergency changes. Keeping the test environments in a consistent state.
Required Qualification
    • Previous experience with Flex Cube will be an advantage;
    • Experience in second level support for Core Banking applicationswill be an advantage;
    • Experience with Oracle databases and knowledge of SQL;
    • Basic knowledge of Windows and UNIX based operating systems;
    • Internet technologies and web servers basic knowledge;
    • Knowledge of Bank Information Systems modules is an advantage – products, accounts, clients, transactions, payments, loans, deposits, cards;
    • University degree in IT, Engineering or Economics;
    • Good analytic skills;
    • Past experience on a similar position will be an advantage;
    • Ability to work in a team;
    • Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal);
    • Willingness to be part of IT team and to work in a dynamic environment.
