    We offer the opportunity to join a team, highly engaged with delivering various insights related to market research, customer experience and competitive intelligence. Managing projects related to customer satisfaction, Brand Image, product, concept and usability tests, advertisement post & pre-tests and a lot more.

    The insights provided by the team are an important part in the process of designing or changing products/services and the related customer journeys and are shared and utilized by various stakeholders cross-organization.

    The main responsibilities for the position are to:

    • Manages research and analysis projects among customers, prospects and employers including:
    • Identification of business needs and problematic areas related to customer experience;
    • Design of surveys;
    • Assessment of the resources available and needed, preparation – proposing the most appropriate methodology and innovative approach;
    • Execution (using either internal platform for research or the services of an external research agency);
    • Collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations
    • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
    • Triggering ideas and suggestions for pain points/ areas to be improved.
    • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
    • Participates in the process of preparing various types of internal bank reports.
    • Works with various sets of information, cross-analyses survey with business data, trying to understand and illustrate the story behind the numbers.
    • Proposes solutions and coordinates action plans aimed at improvement of customer experience in the respective areas.
    • Actively communicates with business divisions and other bank structures, prepares and presents information about research results, submits official reports and feedback.
Required Qualification
    • At least 3 years of experience in marketing research/analysis area.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
    • Proficient knowledge of marketing research process.
    • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of SPSS or any other statistical program/ language.
    • Strong orientation to details.
    • Strong motivation, ability to adapt to quickly changing situations and willingness to learn.
    • Multitasking capability: ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround.
    • Experience in measuring and managing the Voice of the Customer and Users’ Experience will be considered a strong advantage.
