If you feel that “Digital” means more than it sounds, you might be our new Digital Channels and Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
    • Working towards making the digital channels (internet & mobile banking) of the bank, as a primary tool for daily banking;
    • Identifying opportunities to increase digital channels usage, while promoting the functionalities of the internet and mobile banking of Unicredit;
    • Creating and defining the digital sales strategies, designing different approaches for increase in the digital sales of the products falling under Retail Banking Division;
    • Planning and structuring promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives to increase digital users and sales;
    • Daily monitoring over the main KPIs, which are related to the digital channels of the bank, while taking specific actions in order to meet the defined targets;
    • Having clear ownership in the budgeting process (incl. the execution) regarding digital channels goals and levels of adoption;
    • Monitoring on a regular basis the main competitors on the local market, having very good understanding of the specific digital channels landscape in Bulgaria and abroad.
Required Qualification
    • Passion for innovations and strong interest towards technological development within the banking world.
    • University degree in Business/Economics or related field;
    • At least 1 year of  experience on similar position (e.g. in a bank, fintech, etc.), preferably covering business duties related to digital channels;
    • Excellent English – written and spoken;
    • Very good analytical skills, proactive person, able to coordinate and engage people in order to get their support;
    • Good knowledge of the digital channels market, with focus over sales activities and transactions migration;
    • Capability and desire to work in a dynamic environment;
    • Excellent computer skills. Experienced in work with MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
