Основни задачи и отговорности

                The main responsibilities for the position are:

    • Controls preparation and timely delivery of all tax documents/declaration in accordance with regulatory requirements and deadlines set;
    • Coordinates and controls the monthly and quarterly tax account reconciliation process;
    • Prepare and maintain the Bank’s legal entity pre-tax profit (“book”) forecast model;
    • Ensures the compliance with all necessary tax related internal controls and appropriate documentation in accordance with applicable law;
    • Ensures preparation and correctness of ETR forecasting, modelling, and analysis necessary to support the tax computations included in the Bank’s financial statements and evaluation of tax planning initiatives;
    • Ensures availability of all tax related bookings and computations included in the Bank’s financial statements, footnotes and other public documents
    • Acts as CRS/FATCA officer for the Bank
    • Prepares tax standpoints on business and project related matters as well as provide local tax support to UniCredit Group
    • Supports professional development of the team members as well as provides tax know-how upon request of other internal customers





    The appropriate candidates must have:

    • University degree in Economics, Business administration or related
    • Deep knowledge in the area of tax regulations (both local and EU) and International Financial Reporting Standards;
    • Previous experience in tax advisory is an advantage;
    • Advanced command in English;
    • Advance knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access);
    • Good analytical and communication skills;
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
    • Dynamic and well organized personality, team player.
