Responsibilities

    The main responsibilities for the position are to:

    • Create and maintain relationships with potential and existing international clients of the bank;
    • Understand clients’ business needs with the view of a profitable business development strategy, recommend solutions tailored to clients’ needs;
    • Constantly strive for service improvements and with the aim to enhance customer satisfaction;
    • New clients acquisition;
    • Analyse and evaluate all types of risk with focus on credit risk concerning loan requests & monitor the quality of granted loans through collecting and analysing information about clients’ business;
    • Meet the commercial targets assigned to the portfolio through the sale of all products of the bank and its subsidiaries;
    • Actively stimulate the cross sales of products and assist the sales force from other segments.
Required Qualification

    The appropriate candidates must have:

    • At least 2 years of professional experience on a similar position;
    • Entrepreneurial and dynamic personality, oriented towards achieving results and innovative solutions;
    • Very good knowledge of corporate finance and financial analysis;
    • Excellent command in English, knowledge of other European language will be considered as an advantage;
    • Good knowledge of the legal frame and regulations in the banking area;
    • Very good communication, presentational and organizational skills;
    • Flexibility in working with clients;
    • Agile and quickly adaptable to changes personality.
